  • Iron-On Patch instructions with photos. 1. Preheat iron to medium heat, no steam 2. Place patch on garment of choice, with embroidery side up. 3. Cover patch with a cloth or towel. 4. Press and hold the iron over the covered patch for about 15-30 seconds. Turn garment inside-out and iron the back for an additional 15-30 seconds. 5.
