How do I order a custom embroidered patch?

Please contact us through our "Custom Patches" form, we would love to work with you! Please note that custom products have a $50 custom order minimum, and patches are priced at the rate of $1 per 1,000 stitches.

Do you ship to countries outside of the US?

Yes, we now offer international shipping!

My order is stuck on "pre-transit," what do I do?

Sometimes the USPS may skip a package scan or may have a backup of mail due to holidays or higher traffic. If "pre-transit" is not resolved after 2 weeks, please contact us.

My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it.

Please check your mailbox, ask the people in your home, and ask your neighbors if they have your package. On rare occasions, orders may turn up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date.

Next, contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking information if you have any questions regarding a delayed/lost order.

As stated in our Terms of Service, Tiger's Toe is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Buyer is responsible for providing a secure delivery address.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please contact us immediately at tigerstoecontact@gmail.com to cancel or make edits to your order. We cannot guarantee that your order may be canceled or modified if production has already begun.

Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make any modifications or cancelations. Please contact USPS if you need to make further updates after your order has been shipped.

What are the returns and exchange policy?

At this time, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.
